6” Deluxe Elbow, 45-degree

Tees

Designed for a low profile connection to most wood inserts. Can be used where regular elbows do not fit. Spot-welded to ensure integrity during installation and cleaning. You no longer need to modify regular elbows with this product. These elbows will accept 6” OD, flex, or an adapter.

These three-piece tees are available in sizes ranging from 3” to 16”.

Flue Tile Covers

Chim-Flex’s pre-bent Flue Tile Cover design makes installation fast and easy. Available in the following sizes: 8x8, 9x9, 9x13, 12x12, and 13x13.

Raincaps for Gas / Oil

These caps are especially designed to be draft stable with gas and oil fired appliances. A bird screen is built in. Available in 3” to 10”.

Raincaps for Wood

These caps are designed to be non-restrictive. A bird screen is built in. Available 3” to 16”.

Inline Connector

Designed to make a dripless connection between two pieces of flex liner. Available in 3” to 16”.

End Collar

Designed to connect flexible liner to wood burning appliances. Available in sizes ranging from 6” to 16”.

Offset Box

Made to clear lintel issues when connecting wood burning inserts to a flex liner. Standard size is 6”x6”x4”. Other sizes are available.

Reducers / Increasers

A combination reducer/increaser. A single fitting that comes with two female ends so that either can be crimped for use during a job. Available in many configurations. Ex. 6” to 5”,  8” to 6”.

Elbows

Adjustable elbows in sizes ranging from 3” to 8”. 45 and 90-degree configurations are available.

Covers (for closing chimneys)

Designed to close off the unused flues of your chimney. Will allow air to exchange so your chimney will never be completely sealed. Will keep out rain, snow, birds and most rodents. Covers can easily be removed if service of the flue is necessary.

Flue Extension

Extends a flex liner above the flue tile cover, reducing the interference issues between two or more exhaust systems.

Flat Flue Tile Covers

Flat Flue Tile Covers are designed to be used with chimneys without clay tiles, or to be fabricated on the jobsite. Size is 15x15”.

Round Adjustable Offset

Made to clear lintel issues when connecting wood burning inserts to a flex liner. Made to be adjustable from a 0” to 6” offset.
